This delightful Borage Honey is one of our Special Edition mono-floral honeys. Produced by bees foraging predominantly on one, specific crop – in this case Borage.
Borage produces individual bright blue flowers, often called the “star flower” because of their shape, and honeybees adore them. This single source honey is quite special; runny and with a distinctive light, floral tone.
