British Chillies in pure British honey.   Exclusive to us is this delightful chilli honey.  We make this using pure British Borage Honey and infuse with British Chillies from Kent. The chilies are grown without harmful pesticides and grown from seed collected the previous year.

The chilli used is the orange habanero so has quite a punch.   Perfect for use in Oriental cuisine, salads, soups, making a chili sauce, honey chicken or for a variety of other uses.  It has Scoville levels of between 150,000 to 350,000 SHL
