One of our new range of infused honey.  Here we have Organic Cinnamon infused in our delightful Borage Honey. Borage is Produced by bees foraging predominantly on one, specific crop – in this case Borage.

Cinnamon is one of the oldest known spices and adds a warm, distinctive flavour to sweet and savoury dishes.  This honey is rich in colour and has a lovely taste from the Organic Cinnamon

Cinnamon is known to have anti-inflammatory properties, ability to help lower blood cholesterol levels, supports digestion and stimulates the appetite

Cinnamon honey is helpful in joint pain relief and has warming properties
Stimulates the immune system, irreplaceable in the period of weakened immunity.  It also tastes delightful !!.

We have chosen Borage honey as our base honey as its runny, has a distinctive light, floral tone and is great infused.  We use no alcohol in our infused range and only organic ingredients.
