Terms & Conditions

TERMS & CONDITIONS

We like to have fun; we like to enjoy the sunshine and marvel at how remarkable life is, as demonstrated by the bees and the delicious honey we harvest. However, these terms and conditions are legal blurb we have to include so we don’t get locked up in the Tower of London. They are no reflection of our personality (or lack of…).

DEFINITIONS

“Bees for Business” and “Bees & Co.” means Native Honey Bees Limited, company number 13069296 , registered in England and Wales also referred to as “we” or “us” in these terms and conditions.

OUR SERVICE

We want to always provide you with an extraordinary level of service and for you to be really happy with us. But if you’ve sent, received or partaken in a Bees for Business or Bees & Co. gift, workshop or experience day and you’re not unBEElievably happy about the experience, please pop us an email straight away: hello@beesforbusiness.com. We’ll do our very best to get back to you within 48 hours, and we’ll do everything we can to put things right for you.

ORDERS

Payment

We take payment when you place your order, rather than at the time of dispatch. This is to help avoid any last-minute hitches that might delay your delivery. We’re not able to accept an order until we’ve checked and approved it, and if there is a problem we’ll be in touch within three working days. We run special offers from time to time and these are to be used independently, not in combination.

Dispatch

If we have your collection in stock and we receive your order before 1pm (UK Standard Time) on Monday or Thursday we’ll try to put it in the post the same day. We try to ship on Monday and Thursday only. If we get your order after 1pm, we’ll send it out on the next shipping day. So, if you ordered after 1pm on Monday, we’d ship your order the next Thursday. There may be times when we cannot adhere to this due to reasons beyond our control.

Returns Policy

Returns are only accepted for goods which arrived damaged or are sent in error. If you find your order damaged or you have received the wrong product please contact us immediately. Depending on the condition we will offer to re-send the items or exchange them. As our honey products are perishable food goods we do not offer refunds in any other circumstances.

Corporate Orders Policy

All orders are to be paid in full upon confirmation. Production will not start until payment is received, so late payment may affect delivery dates. If you wish to cancel your order, please note the following points. If an order is cancelled more than 60 days in advance of the agreed dispatch date, a 90% refund will be offered. If an order is cancelled between 60 and 30 days in advance of the agreed dispatch date, a 50% refund will be offered. Unfortunately we are unable to offer any refund if the order is cancelled with less than 30 days’ notice before the agreed date of dispatch.

SEASONAL OFFERS

We will often provide seasonal offers via our newsletter and in our printed guides. These are valid online at www.beesforbusiness.com unless stated otherwise. These will be valid for a limited time only; please see expiry date in newsletter or printed guide. Discount will be provided once stated code is entered at the online checkout. Offers will not include delivery unless stated otherwise. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers unless stated otherwise. Offers exclude special collections, bespoke orders and corporate orders unless stated otherwise. As our special offers are contingent on availability, we may change the terms of special offers and promotional codes, or withdraw them altogether, at any time, and without prior notice. We also reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to offer different personalised special offers and promotions and it will therefore only be possible for the customer in receipt of the special offer to redeem the discount.

Delivery offers

From time to time we will provide seasonal offers for free delivery. These are subject to the terms stated above. In addition they will always have an order threshold of at least £20 or more, and will be applicable on orders being sent to one address only within the UK. We also offer free delivery on orders over £300 that are being sent to a single address. We cannot offer free delivery if your order is over £300 but being sent to more than one address.

UK Delivery

Most of our deliveries are handled by Royal Mail, who advise that their Tracked service delivery can take between one to two working days. 95% of Royal Mail parcels arrive the very next day but some can take an extra day and therefore is not a guaranteed service. Unfortunately we’re not able to take responsibility for any delays on their part. But if there are any problems, we’ll do our best to let you know as soon as we can. Royal Mail categorises a parcel as ‘lost’ if it still hasn’t been delivered after 15 working days. If your parcel has still not arrived after this time, we’ll happily offer you a refund or send your parcel out again, completely up to you.

Overseas Delivery

We send overseas deliveries using FedEx International. FedEx parcels are tracked throughout the whole of their delivery journey and need a signature.

We’re not able to accept responsibility for return postage costs or items lost or damaged in transit to us or any other circumstances beyond our control, except at our discretion.

Personal messages

We reserve the right not to send a message that may contain offensive and/or inappropriate content.

Discount Codes

We reserve the right to withdraw our discounts at any time.

Credit

  • Credit expires 6 months from the date that it is added to an account.
  • Where credit already exists on an account and further credit is added, the total amount of credit will expire 6 months from the date of the most recent credit addition.
  • We reserve the right, at our discretion, to expire or revoke credit, or to temporarily remove the ability to redeem credit on our site
  • Except where otherwise stated, discounts and credits can be redeemed against all products on BeesforBusiness.com
  • When applying credit to your order the full credit balance will be applied. Any additional payment that may need to be made against your order will need to be covered by the payment methods available at checkout
  • When applying credit to an order where the subtotal is less than the credit balance, the subtotal will be removed from your credit balance and you will keep the remaining credit balance.
  • In cases of a refund against an order where credit has been applied the credit will be refunded back into your account.
