This delicious Echium Honey is one of our Special Edition mono-floral honeys. Produced by bees foraging predominantly on one, specific crop – in this case Echium.
A strikingly pale, golden yellow in colour with a light floral flavour and subtle lemon characteristics. Delicious with strong cheese, or in tea or coffee.
