Each experience lasts from 2.5 hours here on our organic farm, awarded the Green Tourism gold award, just 18 minutes from Peterborough train station.

Delve deep into the thousands-year old secrets of the honeybee and become an Associate of the Honey Academy.
Discover the surprising and delicious taste of raw, British honey and learn how to use honey to enhance flavour in the kitchen and sample unique, easy to master recipes with honey at their heart including your own honey-based salad dressing.
During this fun, hands on workshop you’ll tantalise your tastebuds with a completely different approach to tasting honey. You’ll sample a variety of Mead, the oldest alcoholic tipple, learn how bees make wax and why it’s important for honey and make your very own 100% beeswax candle to take away.

We can provide bespoke packages to suit any budget or even and can tailor the experience to suit your requirements.
The Honey Academy is just £65.00 per person
Why not upgrade your experience to get more hands-on with the bees? Help to inspect beehives (weather permitting and restricted to April - September) and help with the day's jobs on the farm, such as making new beehives, recording videos and taking photos for records and with lots more opportunity to ask questions. You'll enjoy an organic pizza lunch cooked in our outdoor, wood-fired pizza oven, unlimited refreshments and time with the bees.
Each experience requires a minimum of 10 people, and up to a maximum of 18 people.
