We spent tens of hours searching for the right jar to sell our honey in that looked sleek; felt nice in the hand; looked good on the shelf; didn't touch each other when placed in a warming cabinet and was easy for the customer to get all of the honey out of.
These are the jars that we use, the style is sometimes referred to as "Bonta" jars or "Conserva" jars. They are 277ml, which weigh 340g when filled (in old money that's 12oz) with honey.
Each box of 88 empty, clear glass jars is supplied with 66mm gold twist-on lids.
116mm high; 62mm diameter
We hate having glass jars delivered as there are always breakages so, unfortunately, we insist on COLLECTION ONLY FROM THE FARM. We are just 18 minutes from Peterborough train station.
If you wish to arrange your own courier you are welcome to, however, we cannot accept liability for breakages.
