British Pollen in British Honey

Something quite unique and available from Bees and Co. Our raw local honey with Brish pollen we have ethically collected over the course of a year in small amounts. This is limited in quantity. Our regular honey also contains local pollen – for this product we have added in extra local pollen for those that want an extra boost.

Bee pollen has been used for centuries and is a complex food and regarded by many as a superfood. There are about 200 active substances including: amino acids, triglycerides, phospholipids, vitamins, minerals, lipids, proteins, fatty acids, antioxidants, macronutrients and micronutrients flavonoids. The exact nutrient composition depends on the plant source and season collected.
